OneMedNet (ONMD) said Monday that it has regained compliance with a Nasdaq rule that requires listed companies to timely file all periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said compliance was achieved based on the filing of its 10-Q form for the fiscal quarters ended March 31, June 30 and Sept. 30.
