Patec has closed its mandatory cash offer for Broadway Industrial Group (SGX:B69) on Dec. 23, at 5:30 pm, Singapore time, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The offeror received acceptances for 228.4 million shares, or 49.96% of Broadway's total shares, bringing its total stake to 93.05%. The offer price remains final, with the offer no longer open for acceptance.
