Burford Capital (BUR) said Friday it has issued 528 new ordinary shares, no par value, in connection with a long-term incentive plan.
The new shares will be traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the alternative investment market of the London Stock Exchange, the company said.
Burford Capital shares were 2% higher in premarket trading.
