United States Antimony Signs Deal for New Shipments From Australia; Shares Up

United States Antimony (UAMY) said Friday it has executed an agreement for new international shipments of antimony from Australia.

The company also said it is planning to restart its antimony smelter in Madero, Mexico, that was closed in March because of a lack of economic antimony material sourced from mines previously controlled by its Mexican unit.

The shares were up over 10% in recent trading.
