Tamboran Resources (TBN) said late Monday it and Daly Waters Energy have entered into binding agreements with APA Group by which APA will build, own and operate the Sturt Plateau Pipeline for the proposed Shenandoah South pilot project in Australia.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The 23-mile pipeline will connect the proposed Sturt Plateau Compression Facility to APA's Amadeus gas pipeline, the delivery point for gas under a sales agreement with Australia's Northern Territory.
APA has already made progress on design and regulatory approvals for the Sturt Plateau Pipeline. Construction is expected in H2 2025, with the pipeline due to accept gas from the pilot project in H1 2026, Tamboran said.
