Orica (ASX:ORI) Chairman Malcolm Broomhead plans to step down late next year after a decade in the post, according to his address at the company's annual general meeting as stated in a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company also expects the demand for its blasting technology, specialty mining chemicals, and digital products and services to "continue to grow" despite ongoing inflationary pressures, the filing said.
