American Well (AMWL) appointed Chief Financial Officer Mark Hirschhorn to the additional role of chief operating officer, effective Jan. 1.
Hirschhorn succeeds COO Kurt Knight, who is departing at the end of the year, the company said Wednesday in a statement.
Chief Commercial and Growth Officer Kathy Weiler is also leaving at the end of the year, the company said.
