MeridianLink (MLNK) is partnering with privately held fintech firm Automatic to better assist banks and other lenders access and verify consumer data prior to issuing car loans, Automatic said Friday.
Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
Financial institutions already using MeridianLink's decision-making platform can now access the network created by Automatic linking independent vehicle dealerships and lenders, Automatic said.
MeridianLink shares recently were down about 2% in mid-afternoon trading.
