Anteris Technologies Global (ASX:AVR) was admitted to the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
The move was made following parent biotechnology firm Anteris Group's decision to re-domicile in the US from Australia.
Anteris Technologies Global expects its CHESS depositary interest will start quotation on Dec. 17, the filing said.
It expects to raise $88.8 million via its initial public offer on the Nasdaq which is expected to close on Monday, the filing added.
