Kina Securities (ASX:KSL) named Ivan Vidovich chief executive, effective Jan. 1, 2025, succeeding Greg Pawson, who is stepping down after seven years in the role, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Vidovich's permanent appointment is pending regulatory approval, and the company anticipates confirmation after the review and approval process by the Bank of Papua New Guinea, the filing said.
Pawson will remain as an adviser until July 2, 2025, to assist in the transition process, according to the filing.
