United States Antimony Corp. (UAMY) said Wednesday it appointed Chairman Gary Evans to also assume the chief executive role, effective Dec. 9.
The company also said it will move its corporate headquarters to Dallas, Texas, from Thompson Falls, Montana, adding that its primary producing assets will remain in Montana.
