PHX Minerals (PHX) said Thursday that its board of directors has launched a strategic review process to explore options for maximizing shareholder value, including a potential merger or sale.
PHX Minerals said it has hired RBC Capital Markets as financial advisor to assist in the review process.
Shares of the company were up more than 7% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
