Lifecore Biomedical (LFCR) said late Tuesday it agreed with corporate banking services provider BMO to amend and extend its existing asset-based lending revolving credit facility by three years to November 2027.
The agreement simplifies and reduces interest rates in addition to providing flexibility, according to the company.
