Grand Venture Technology (SGX:JLB) has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia to strike off its dormant unit, Grand Venture Technology (Penang II), from the corporate register, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The subsidiary has never commenced operations. The move is not expected to impact the company's earnings or net tangible assets for 2023 and 2024.
