Strong Petrochemical Holdings (HKG:0852) delayed the interim dividend payment after a winding-up petition was filed against the company, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
On Nov. 21, Speed Success Group filed a winding-up petition against the company in Hong Kong's High Court.
