CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping's (HKG:3877) subsidiary CSSC Financial Leasing (Tianjin) will lease certain general-purpose overhead cranes to Guangxi Wenchuan Heavy Industrial and CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding for 72 months with a total lease payment of 37.2 million yuan.
The equipment includes two 100-ton and three 350-ton general-purpose overhead cranes, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Guangxi Wenchuan will also have the option to retain all the equipment after the lease at nil consideration.
CSSC Financial Leasing (Tianjin) had previously leased similar equipment to the lessees in July for 72 months for a total lease payment of 59.1 million yuan.
The lessees are two subsidiaries of the company's controlling shareholder China Shipbuilding Group.
