Prairie Operating (PROP) said Monday it has signed multiple midstream and gathering agreements with Rimrock Energy Partners, NGL Energy Partners, and Taproot Energy Partners in the Denver-Julesburg basin.
The agreements ensure takeaway, processing, sales, and water disposal solutions across the company's 44,000-acre asset base, Prairie Operating said.
Prairie Operating said through the agreements it will benefit from an access to pipeline transportation as well as access to high-grade crude oil commodity price benefits, with flexible provisions to support future increases in production volumes.
