0302 GMT - SD Guthrie's 3Q earnings look poised to improve from 2Q's, UOB Kay Hian analyst Lester Siew writes in a note. The palm oil producer's earnings could be supported by 4.3% on quarter growth for fresh fruit bunch output, in line with seasonality trends, the analyst says. Earnings may also be driven by higher average selling prices, which are mainly due to higher palm kernel prices, he adds. UOB Kay Hian maintains the stock's hold rating and target price of MYR4.75. Shares are last 0.2% higher at MYR4.90.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
