Plenti Group (ASX:PLT) reported a 28% jump in fiscal first-half revenue to AU$124.3 million from AU$96.8 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The increase was due to loan portfolio growth and higher average borrower interest rates, the filing said. Loan portfolio as of Sept. 30 rose 14% year over year to AU$2.3 billion.
Loan originations in the six months ended Sept. 30 were up 0.4% to AU$627 million, the filing said.
The company shares rose past 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
