Climb Bio (CLYM) said Monday it has named Douglas Williams as chair of its board.
Williams will succeed Andrew Levin, who will continue as a board member, while Liam Ratcliffe will leave the board.
Williams previously served as president of research and development at Sana Biotechnology. He was also previously chief executive at Codiak BioSciences.
