Candy Club Completes Acquisition of Scalare Partners; Raises AU$4.3 Million in Public Share Offering

Candy Club Holdings has acquired Scalare Partners Holdings (ASX:SCP), following approval from shareholders at its extraordinary general meeting on Sept. 23, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Under the terms of the deal, the company issued 72 million shares to the vendors of Scalare Partners.

Following the acquisition, the technology investment fund and advisory services company will change its name to Scalare Partners Holdings and will trade under the symbol "SCP," effective Monday.

In the same filing, the company said it raised AU$4.3 million via a brokered public offering of 17.2 million fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.25 per share. As previously disclosed, proceeds will be used for working capital and to pay for costs associated with the acquisition.
