DAIWA House Logistics Trust's (SGX:DHLU) portfolio occupancy was 97.5% as of Sept. 30, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The company's portfolio weighted average lease expiry stood at 6.6 years as the trust retained a strong tenant base.
Meanwhile, net property income from Japan portfolio during the January-September period was up nearly 3% year over year to 3.62 billion yen form 3.52 billion yen.
