Eos Energy Enterprises Q3 Adjusted Loss Widens, Revenue Rises; Shares Fall After Hours

Eos Energy Enterprises (EOSE) reported a Q3 adjusted loss late Tuesday of $0.44 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.26 a year earlier.

A lone analyst polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.16 normalized.

Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $854,000 from $684,000 a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $6.69 million.

The company expects full-year revenue of $15 million amid supply chain disruptions. Analysts expect $62.6 million.

Eos agreed to provide 216 megawatt hours of energy storage for two project sites in Springfield, Missouri, under a deal with City Utilities. Other terms weren't disclosed.

Shares of the company slumped 12% in recent after-hours activity.
