AZ-Com Maruwa (TYO:9090) recorded a 37% decline in attributable profit for the six months ended Sept. 30 to 2.85 billion yen from 4.54 billion yen in the year-ago period, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Earnings per share were 19.46 yen in the half year, down from 33.53 yen in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.
The logistics company's net sales rose by 5.1% to 101.4 billion yen in the period from 96.6 billion yen a year prior.
The firm declared an interim dividend of 16 yen per share for the period.
The company expects an attributable profit of 7.70 billion yen, a basic EPS of 57.15 yen, net sales of 207 billion yen, and a total dividend of 32 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
