Pasture Holdings (SGX:UUK) appointed Tan Xi Yi as the company's chief operation officer (COO) and Lee Quang Loong as the chief financial officer (CFO), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Yi will be providing support to the company's chief executive officer while Lee will be implementing business strategies for the company.
Shares of the pharmaceutical company surged nearly 7% in recent trading.
