Red Metal (ASX:RDM) extended the closing date to Oct. 25 from Oct. 18 of its AU$2 million share purchase plan priced at AU$0.10 per share, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shares under the purchase plan will be issued on Nov. 1, the filing said.
Proceeds from the share purchase plan will be used to fund drilling activities across the company's mineral projects, the filing added.
Shares of Red Metal rose 5% in recent trade.
