Golden Mile Resources Obtains "Exceptional" Assay Results from US Project; Shares Rally 17%

Golden Mile Resources (ASX:G88) received "exceptional" assay results from rock chip sampling at the Odyssey prospect within the Pearl project in the US, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.

The results include up to 930 grams per tonne grade of silver, as well as 233g/t, and 274g/t silver, with 10.05%, 4.23%, and 4.13% copper, and 8.09%, 7.21%, and 6.33% zinc, the filing said.

The resolution of targets at the prospect will undergo detailed geological and structural mapping, and further rock chip sampling before drilling, according to the filing.

Shares rallied 17% in midday trade.
