EP&T Global (ASX:EPX) entered a binding agreement to acquire UK-based Coda Cloud's technology and business assets for 120,000 pounds sterling, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The data as a service platform will pay 50% cash and 50% shares issued at AU$0.033 per share, the filing stated.
Coda Cloud posted 330,000 pounds sterling in recurring revenue in 2023 and 1.1 million pounds sterling in total revenue for the year, according to the filing.
