First Sponsor Group (SGX:AND) expects to issue 225,910,315 Series 3 convertible securities on Monday, Sept. 30, after raising roughly SG$244.0 million from the rights issue, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The convertible securities which include direct, unconditional, subordinated and unsecured obligations of the company, will be listed and quoted on the SGX on Sept. 30, the filing said.
