Mamba Exploration (ASX:M24) identified localized anomalous uranium and pathfinder elements typical of basement-hosted uranium deposits from an inaugural drill program at its Canary project in Canada, according to a Friday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
The program comprised 1,863 meters of diamond drilling across four holes. Follow-up targets are being planned as geological data from the program is processed and interpreted, the filing said.
Shares fell more than 14% in midday trade.
