SG Holdings Completes Delisting of Expolanka Holdings from Colombo Stock Exchange
SG Holdings (TYO:9143) said it has completed the delisting of Expolanka Holdings' common shares from the Colombo Stock Exchange, according to its filing on Thursday.
It said the delisting has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka.
The shares were held by SG Holdings Global, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
SG Holdings' shares shed over 1% recently.
