Shimizu Completes 10 Billion Yen Buyback Program
Shimizu (TYO:1803) has completed its 10 billion yen buyback program after it repurchased 82,200 shares for 81.3 million from Sept. 1 to Sept. 6, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Monday.
The construction company is authorized to repurchase the said shares, representing 1.83% of total issued shares, until Sept. 30 through market purchases on the TSE, the filing said.
