Terumo Finalizes Offer Price, Other Details for Secondary Share Offering
Terumo (TYO:4543) has finalized the offer price and related details for its secondary share offering in international markets, according to its filing on Tuesday.
Over 73.2 million shares will be offered, with the offer price set at 2,493.5 yen per share for total proceeds of 182.55 billion yen The settlement date is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 13.
Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in morning trade Wednesday.
