Astroscale's UK Subsidiary Wins GBP1.95 Million Contract for Space Debris Removal
Astroscale's (TYO:186A) UK subsidiary has secured a 1.95 million pound sterling contract from the UK Space Agency for COSMIC Phase 2, focusing on removing two inactive British satellites, according to a filing on Wednesday.
The contract, signed on Sept. 5, is crucial for advancing Astroscale's Active Debris Removal capabilities.
The project is expected to continue until the end of March 2025.
The financial impact for the fiscal year ending April 2025 has already been accounted for, with most revenue expected post-2026.
