Investment Fund INCJ Sells All Shares in ispace After Meeting Investment Goals
Ispace (TYO:9348) said its leading investor and investment fund INCJ sold of all its shares in the company, according to its filing last Friday.
INCJ, which led ispace's Series A financing in 2017, started reducing its stake in the company in April 2024 after fulfilling its investment objectives and will end its operations in March 2025.
Ispace CEO Takeshi Hakamada noted the company's significant growth since the initial investment of $90.2 million in 2017.
