Grand Ocean Advanced Resources Company Limited confirmed on 18 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.grandocean65.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders consult the digital version and has outlined a procedure for those who prefer hard copies. Non-registered shareholders may obtain printed versions of the current and all future corporate communications free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 65-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for Hong Kong postal returns.

To support electronic dissemination, shareholders are encouraged to supply functional email addresses to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. If no email or postal address is supplied through these channels, no physical or electronic notice of publication will be sent.

The company will continue to send all future corporate communications in the chosen format until the earlier of written notice to the registrar or 31 December 2027.
