Food Empire Holdings reports record FY2025 revenue and higher normalised profit

Food Empire Holdings (F03) announced its audited results for the year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The group posted revenue of 576.9 million US dollars, a 21.1 per cent increase from the previous year, marking the first time revenue has exceeded the half-billion-dollar level.

Normalised net profit after tax rose 37.0 per cent to 68.6 million US dollars, while normalised EBITDA grew 45.0 per cent to 113.5 million US dollars. Reported net profit after tax, which includes a one-off non-cash fair-value loss of 32.6 million US dollars on redeemable exchangeable notes, came in at 36.0 million US dollars.

By geography, FY2025 revenue grew 34.8 per cent in Russia to 191.0 million US dollars, 25.6 per cent in Central Asia to 102.0 million US dollars and 14.2 per cent in Southeast Asia to 147.8 million US dollars. South Asia posted a 15.6 per cent rise to 71.0 million US dollars, while Europe increased 7.5 per cent to 48.6 million US dollars.

Operating cash flow improved to 87.1 million US dollars from 25.5 million US dollars a year earlier, lifting cash and cash equivalents to 181.6 million US dollars at end-2025. The debt-to-equity ratio remained stable at 15.5 per cent, excluding redeemable exchangeable notes.

The board proposed a final dividend of 5 Singapore cents per share and a special dividend of 4 Singapore cents per share, in addition to the interim dividend of 3 Singapore cents already paid, bringing the total FY2025 payout to 12 Singapore cents per share—the highest in the company’s history.

During the year, the company completed the expansion of its snack factory in Malaysia and a coffee-mix plant in Kazakhstan. Construction also began on a freeze-dried soluble coffee facility in Vietnam, and capacity expansion works continued at its spray-dried coffee plant in India.

Proceeds of about 41.8 million Singapore dollars from a FY2025 placement exercise were added to the group’s cash reserves to support future growth projects.
