HTSC (06886) has issued an announcement regarding its 2021 perpetual subordinated bonds (third tranche) for professional investors. The bonds, referred to as "21 Huatai Y3," will pay interest from November 18, 2024, to November 17, 2025, with the payment scheduled for November 18, 2025.
The total issuance amount of these bonds is RMB 2 billion, carrying a coupon rate of 3.80% per annum. Each bond with a face value of RMB 1,000 will distribute an interest payment of RMB 38.00 (tax inclusive).
