DAHON TECH (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. (02543) disclosed that the number of its H shares increased from 7,920,000 to 9,041,000 during October 2025. The addition of 1,121,000 H shares followed the partial exercise of the Over-allotment Option at HKD 49.5 on October 9, 2025.

Meanwhile, the registered capital for the Company’s domestic shares remained at 23,747,841. Hence, the total registered share capital now stands at 32,788,841.

According to the announcement, the newly issued H shares were duly authorized by the board of directors and complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements, as noted in the filing dated November 4, 2025.
