Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (09611) convened its 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on March 4, 2026. According to the official poll results, the resolution to appoint Ernst & Young as the H-share auditor for the financial year ended December 31, 2025 was duly passed.

The EGM was attended by 229.99 million shares in total, representing 44.65% of the 515.09 million shares in issue. Among these, 5.52 million H shares attended, accounting for 10.56% of the 52.26 million H shares in issue, while 224.48 million A shares attended, accounting for 48.50% of the 462.83 million A shares in issue. In the final poll, 229.75 million shares (99.89%) voted for the resolution, 0.14 million shares (0.06%) voted against, and 0.11 million shares (0.05%) abstained, resulting in the appointment of Ernst & Young as the Company’s H-share auditor until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
