Logitech G launched its first 8K customizable mechanical gaming keyboard G316 X on the 19th of this month. The keyboard features a 98-key layout and supports 8KHz polling rate with detachable USB-C wired connection, priced at 599 yuan in the market.
The Logitech G316 X keyboard adopts a "flat integrated" Gasket mounting system with gasket clip fixation, featuring a four-layer sound-dampening structure including top foam, switch pad, bottom foam, and silicone pad. The silicone bottom pad includes "acoustic particles" positioned corresponding to each key, delivering excellent rebound performance.
The keyboard uses Logitech G's specially tuned "Nutcracker Sound" mechanical switches, available in both tactile and linear versions (currently only the linear option is provided), equipped with proprietary debounce algorithms for smooth keystrokes, rapid rebound, and solid feedback. Additionally, it features ABS double-shot injection molded keycaps, with PCB supporting full hot-swappable switches and keys.
The G316 X keyboard includes full-key RGB backlighting, with a LIGHTSYNC colorful light strip between the function row and below; the upper-right media function area features a control knob and retro LED dot matrix display; its feet adopt a removable design, supporting switching between 4° and 8° tilt angles.
