OMNIVISION Announces Partial Exercise of Over-Allotment Option and Conclusion of Stabilization Period

OMNIVISION (00501) has issued an announcement stating that the overall coordinators, acting for themselves and on behalf of the international underwriters, partially exercised the over-allotment option described in the prospectus on February 6, 2026. This involves a total of 4.9411 million H shares, representing approximately 10.79% of the total number of shares initially available for subscription under the global offering prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option. The over-allotment shares will be issued and allotted by the company at HKD 104.80 per H share. These shares will be used to deliver a portion of H shares to placees who agreed to delay the delivery of their respective H shares subscribed for under the global offering. Furthermore, the stabilization period concerning the global offering ended on February 6, 2026, which is the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications under the Hong Kong public offering.
