TONGDA GROUP (00698) announced that on September 5, 2025, the company's indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary Tongda Chuangzhi utilized its idle funds to subscribe to certain wealth management products, including the subscription of (i) the first ICBC wealth management product and (ii) the second ICBC wealth management product, with subscription amounts of RMB 51.33 million and RMB 10 million respectively.
