GREENTOWN SER Shares Surge Over 7% on Strong Annual Results and Dividend Payout

GREENTOWN SER (02869) rose more than 7%, gaining 7.75% to HK$4.31 by the time of writing, with a turnover of HK$124.658 million.

The company announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of RMB 19.164 billion, an increase of 7.1% year-on-year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders was RMB 880 million, up 12.1% compared to the previous year. Earnings per share from continuing operations were RMB 0.28. A final dividend of HK$0.16 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.08 per share were proposed.

Revenue from property services for the year reached RMB 13.644 billion, marking a 10.0% increase year-on-year.

Kaiyuan Securities noted that the company achieved steady growth in both revenue and profit for 2025, with improvements in both gross and net profit margins. The managed area for property services maintained double-digit growth, while community services and consultancy businesses developed synergistically and progressed steadily. The brokerage is optimistic about subsequent profit recovery and maintains a "Buy" rating.

Everbright Securities stated that after a series of measures to enhance quality and efficiency, the company's profitability is gradually improving. It highlighted the focus on the improvement and sustainability of gross profit margins across various business segments, noting that the valuation is attractive, and reiterated a "Buy" rating.
