CHINA DONGXIANG (03818) has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhou Zhiyi as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from March 30, 2026. Mr. Zhou has also been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee, with all appointments taking effect from March 30, 2026.
