HOMELAND ITL (03798) has announced a change in its corporate secretarial roles. Due to an adjustment in work arrangements, Ms. Wu Jiawen has resigned from her positions as the company's Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for service of legal process. Mr. Chen Yibin has been appointed to these roles, effective February 28, 2026.
