Huatai Securities (06886) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai Securities (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Huatai Asset Management”), held its seventh temporary meeting of the fourth board of directors in 2025. Due to job changes, Ms. Cui Chun will no longer serve as the chairman of Huatai Asset Management, with Mr. Jiang Xiaoyang assuming the role of chairman.
