On August 25th, China Unicom's Xiong'an Internet Industrial Park (Phase 1), one of the market-oriented relocation projects in Hebei Xiong'an New Area's startup zone, officially commenced operations.
The planning and implementation of China Unicom's Xiong'an Internet Industrial Park project represents a significant initiative by China Unicom to thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, actively serving the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and building Xiong'an New Area to high standards and quality.
The startup zone is the key area prioritized for construction in Xiong'an New Area, shouldering the important mission of implementing the first batch of Beijing's non-capital function relocation projects, gathering high-end innovative elements, and leading high-quality development. China Unicom's Xiong'an Internet Industrial Park is located in the Internet Industrial Park area of the startup zone, committed to creating China Unicom's innovation center in Xiong'an New Area. With the completion and operation of Phase 1 of the industrial park, three entities have successively moved in: China Unicom Smart City Research Institute, Unicom Xiong'an Industrial Internet Co., Ltd., and China Unicom Xiong'an New Area Branch.
China Unicom's Xiong'an Internet Industrial Park will focus on building a "frontier technology application demonstration zone," prioritizing the deployment of next-generation information technologies such as IPv6 and innovative applications including HarmonyOS and low-altitude smart connectivity, creating a full-stack IPv6 demonstration park, HarmonyOS application demonstration park, and low-altitude smart network innovation center.
The park adheres to the concept of technology empowerment in its construction and operation, utilizing innovative technologies such as IoT, AI algorithms, and 3D visualization to create an intelligent operational management system and build a green, energy-efficient, people-oriented smart park.
Based on intelligent office and living needs, the park has established intelligent facilities and functions including smart meeting rooms, office environment monitoring, smart restrooms, intelligent attendance systems, and equipment linkage control, creating a convenient and comfortable office and living environment. In park management, through the application of AI algorithms and digital twin technologies, comprehensive perception, intelligent analysis, and timely response to park operations are achieved, covering scenarios such as security linkage, intelligent vehicle monitoring, equipment operation and maintenance management, and emergency command. Additionally, a comprehensive operational management platform has been created to conduct comprehensive analysis of data and information collected from various terminals, achieving "visible, manageable, and controllable" overall management.
Based on Xiong'an New Area as an innovation highland and entrepreneurial hotbed, China Unicom's Xiong'an Internet Industrial Park will actively leverage its advantages in information networks and digital technology, collaborate with the industrial ecosystem, and continuously contribute wisdom and strength to the digital city construction of Xiong'an New Area and the development of space information and satellite internet industries.
