Several companies have seen significant stock price gains after establishing connections with Unitree Robotics.

Nearly two months after officially announcing the start of IPO guidance, Unitree Robotics has revealed its latest listing progress.

On September 2, Unitree Robotics posted on social media that it expects to submit IPO application documents to stock exchanges between October and December, when the company's operational data will be formally disclosed.

According to information from the China Securities Regulatory Commission website on July 18, Unitree Robotics has completed guidance filing with the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau and disclosed its initial public offering and listing guidance filing report, with CITIC Securities serving as the sponsor. The guidance filing report shows that Unitree Robotics was established on August 26, 2016, with registered capital of 364 million yuan and Wang Xinxing as the legal representative.

If the IPO proceeds smoothly, who will share the capital feast with Wang Xinxing?

As a star enterprise in the humanoid robot sector, Unitree Robotics has attracted favor from multiple renowned investment institutions. According to Tianyancha data, the company has completed several rounds of financing since 2017. In late June, the company completed the delivery of Series C financing that was initiated at the end of last year, co-led by China Mobile's fund, Tencent, Jinqiu, Alibaba, Ant Group, and Geely Capital.

In previous rounds of financing, the company attracted institutions including Shunwei Capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, and Sequoia Capital Seed Fund.

In the secondary market, multiple listed companies have been actively responding to inquiries about potential business relationships with Unitree Robotics.

Recently, when investors asked Digital China whether it had signed as an official authorized regional agent for Unitree Robotics, Digital China replied that it had indeed established a cooperative relationship with Unitree Robotics. The collaboration mainly involves sales of related products and providing scenario-based application solutions to customers based on these products, targeting industries such as energy and power, emergency firefighting, petrochemicals, mining, and transportation.

Shenzhen Huaqiang responded in late July that the company had established a cooperative relationship with Unitree Robotics, with related business currently in the advancement stage and scale awaiting further improvement.

Additionally, Zhongji Innolight also responded on the interactive platform that the company does not directly hold shares in Unitree Robotics, but funds it has invested in hold partial stakes in the company.

Some companies have seen significant stock price gains after establishing connections with Unitree Robotics. In late February, Powerton's intraday stock price rose nearly 18%. At that time, Powerton's Executive Vice President Chen Xi and others visited Unitree Robotics, and both parties engaged in in-depth discussions about robot applications in industrial scenarios.
