Yueyun Transportation (03399) has announced that, effective March 19, 2026, Mr. Hu Xianhua will step down from his role as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. The company's executive director, Mr. Huang Wenban, has been appointed as the new authorized representative.
